On a micro level, real estate has been an investment tool, which has helped her to fund school and pay off education loans. But on a macro level, Zya realized it was a way to educate and share her passion with her children and community.
She is very knowledgeable about the real estate community around the Houston area and surrounding suburbs. She has experiences inside the loop, in the EADO area, in Richmond, Missouri City, Sugarland, Pearland and surrounding areas.
Buying or selling a home is not a simple task. It can be emotional, even exhausting; but it’s also absolutely exciting. Zya wants to help you to make that transition, whether it is a new build or a new investment. She will provide the knowledge, support and local insight that you need to help you navigate your real estate decision.
